Thiele Shrink Case Bundler, Model ZB20A, S/N ZB20A103, Wraparound Case Bundler (20” Film) and is made of all S/S Construction. This Unit is A Fully Automatic Product Bundling System made up of the Following Sections, the infeed Conveyor Advances the Product Through the Film and into the Seal Bar, A heated knife in the Seal Bar assembly seals a seam in the Film for the Products which are enclosed in Film. At the same time, it seals a seam for the next Products to be advanced Through the Film. the knife cuts between the two seals, releasing the enclosed Products to proceed to the shrink (oven) tunnel on the transfer conveyor. the Products are conveyed Through the shrink (oven) tunnel where heated air circulates to evenly shrink the Film around the Products.
